Terms of Service

Proxi is provided by Proxi AI ("Proxi", "we", "us"). Reach us at legal@tryproxi.ai.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Proxi, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you are using Proxi on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use by emailing security@tryproxi.ai.

Do not use Proxi to harass, defraud, or harm others; to violate anyone's privacy; to generate or distribute unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that infringes intellectual property; to send spam; or to break any law that applies to you. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, probe, overload, or circumvent security controls in the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and may remove content that clearly does.

The memory, messages, and files you put into Proxi are yours. You grant Proxi a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service for you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content we are required to retain by law or that has been anonymized.

You confirm you have the rights needed to share the content you put into Proxi and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

Proxi uses AI models to generate suggestions, summaries, and answers. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive, and may overlap with output generated for other users. Treat AI output as suggestions. You decide what to send, book, share, or act on, and you are responsible for those decisions.

Do not rely on Proxi for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, or for emergency situations.

Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policies. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.

If we offer a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We may change or end promotions at any time.

Proxi may work with third-party services (for example, calendar or contacts integrations). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The Proxi app, website, brand, and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by Proxi AI and its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

If you believe content on Proxi infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the DMCA to legal@tryproxi.ai.

You can stop using Proxi and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your license to use Proxi ends and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Proxi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Proxi will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxi AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Proxi in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars.

You agree to defend and indemnify Proxi AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and Proxi AI, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation. Product liability, intellectual property infringement, and consumer protection claims must be handled by Proxi AI as permitted by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted-parties list.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or Proxi will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Consumer protection laws of the place where you live may still apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Proxi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
